General PayPal Gateway in cart seems broken

We've been working with the PayPal developers to fix the issue, and it should now work correctly

Hi, PayPal checkout appears to be working correctly. What error are you seeing? Also, see if using a different browser works.

Hmm, see if clearing your cookies/cache or using google chrome helps. If not, it might be an issue on PayPal’s end related to your country/IP/ISP. We had multiple successful PayPal purchases today and the checkout process is working fine when we try it.
